Services Offered Find A Tenant Service- Purity offers primarily two main rental property assistance services. The first service, "Find A Tenant Service" is advertising and marketing service for hands on landlords who prefer to manage their own property, but need help in renting the property out. Purity will market, advertise, answer calls, screen tenants, show the property, and do all the paperwork for you. We also provide you with a list of potential tenants and the best potential tenant who wants to rent your property. In most cases our database already has a potential renter who is looking for a property like yours.
Management Service- Our secondary service is complete management. We provide 24 hour support and rental maintenance service for landlords. Our goal is to give you peace of mind, and remove the personal burden of you being a landlord. We advertise and market your property as needed. We manage your tenants. Our phone number is given to tenants to call if there is a problem, or if they have questions, concerns or complaints. We collect your rent and mail it to your specified address or direct deposit to your bank account. We perform property maintenance checks and inspections to make sure your property is in good condition. We handle emergency problems such as plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical issues.
Tenant Interaction We keep all aspects of the rental business positive and friendly. Tenants rely on Purity Services as the liaison between them and the property owner. Tenants are informed to contact us anytime for any emergency, question or concern they may have.
The Extras Extra services such as repairs, painting, lawn care, cleaning, rental preparation are performed at discounted labor and supply cost. NO Hidden Charges Clause! We do not perform any service or work, or invoice you for any work without first your written approval of price and work specifications. We also include one free hour per month of general maintenance as needed in our complete management agreements.
Cost The price for managing your property depends on status of rental (occupied or non occupied), distance from our offices and the marketability of your property. We are a pay for performance company, we only collect our fees once the job is done. In many cases we can rent and manage your property with zero down payment options.
